NovaKid is a global leader in online English education for children aged 4–12, serving 100000+ students across 50+ countries. We are now seeking a Head of Strategic & Creative Marketing to lead our 30-person high-velocity creative engine. This is a role for an operational superhero who thrives at the intersection of artistic friction and mechanical precision. Your mandate is to bridge the gap between performance analytics and visual storytelling while maintaining full alignment with long-term strategy. You will own the execution of our brand strategy and translate it into an actionable vision across channels and media.
You Will:
Architect the Creative Engine: Supervise the department's daily workflow and establish project budgets for the 30-person team. While our Creative services Lead handles specific task assignments and timeline management, you are responsible for keeping the ship running by overviewing, approving and steering each project towards the right direction.
Practice Radical Candor: Act as the lead for creative sessions and brainstorming. You will provide assertive, "clear-is-kind" feedback that holds an uncompromising bar for being on-brand while remaining a supportive and likable mentor.
Synthesize Data and Design: Develop and execute a creative vision that promotes our educational services. You will collaborate cross-functionally with performance, brand, and product teams to translate PPC and SMM data into cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
Lead Human Capital: Mentor and manage a diverse creative team, including graphic designers, copywriters, instructional designers, editors, and multimedia specialists. You will foster a culture of alignment with Novakid's core values and strategic goals.
Standardize Excellence: Create and enforce procedures to ensure all assets—from ad creatives to website landing pages—are strictly on-brand and optimized for conversion.
Master Multi-Channel Strategy: Oversee the design and execution of all creative assets across CRM, website, email, social media, video content, and print. Ensure content remains up-to-date with emerging media and youth interests.
Manage Global Operations: Establish and manage budgets for creative projects and serve as the key point of contact for external partners, vendors, and creative agencies.
Craft the Message: Develop exceptional, well-crafted copy and visual designs that meet stakeholder requirements and enhance our global brand voice.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Utilize Metabase performance metrics and data-driven insights to optimize ad creatives—such as banners, videos, and ambassadors—to support long-term brand building.
