The role
We are looking for a Medical Writer or Senior Medical Writer to join our Nucleus Global Team. You will use your scientific expertise to develop clear, accurate and engaging medical communications across a range of projects and formats.
You will be an experienced medical writer who is looking to progress, lead projects, and continue developing their career within a global organisation.
What you'll do
- Develop high-quality scientific and medical content for a variety of Commercial materials, including:
- Manuscripts, abstracts, posters and congress materials
- Meeting reports
- Educational and training materials
- Take ownership of the scientific and editorial components of assigned projects
- Lead medical writing workstreams and contribute to project planning and delivery
- Work with our teams and clients to ensure content meets scientific, strategic and regulatory standards
- Apply scientific knowledge to different therapeutic areas and products within our client portfolio
You will have
Required
- A BSc, MSc or PhD (or equivalent experience) in a life sciences–related discipline
- Professional medical writing experience gained within a medical communications agency
- You will have knowledge with at least one major disease area (e.g. bladder, oncology)
- You will be able to express scientific data for different audiences and formats
- Exposure to both medical and commercial perspectives of drug development
