We are hiring an Account Manager to join our Medical Communications team. You will support a global growth account within an interesting and evolving therapy area, delivering work across publications and medical affairs.

This position is well suited to someone with hands-on publications experience who enjoys managing projects, working with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will:

• Manage medical communications projects across publications and medical affairs deliverables
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Be a client-facing contact, supporting day-to-day communication and building strong working relationships
• Track budgets, forecasts, and project finances, with support from senior team members
• Work with account team colleagues
• Contribute ideas and improvements to ways of working

What we're looking for

Required experience:

• Experience working in medical communications
• Previous Publications experience (desirable)
• Project management and organisational skills
• Experience supporting financial tracking or budget management
• Confidence communicating with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and use initiative

Nice to have:

• Experience working on global or regional accounts
• Experience across a range of medical affairs deliverables
