Senior Account Executive – Medical Communications (Publications & Medical Affairs)

We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Medical Communications team, working across a high-profile, global growth account in an interesting and fast-evolving therapy area.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with publications experience who enjoys working across both publications and medical affairs deliverables, and who thrives in a role with responsibility, autonomy, and client exposure.

The role

You'll meaningfully contribute to the delivery of a wide range of medical communications projects, supporting global clients and collaborating with internal teams.

You will:

• Manage publications and medical affairs projects from initiation through to delivery
• Be a professional point of contact for clients
• Support financial management, including budgets, forecasts, and tracking
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
• Contribute ideas and solutions, using your initiative to drive projects forward

About you

You'll bring:

• Experience in medical communications
• Experience working across publications deliverables
• Project management skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confidence in budget creation and management
• A client-facing mindset, with clear and professional communication skills
• The ability to work independently, take ownership, and use initiative
