Mold Shop Supervisor

The Mold Shop Supervisor is accountable for supervising hourly personnel in all phases of machine and mold shop operation, along with all related design and specification activities.

The Mold Shop Supervisor will:

• Review bottle quality and mold equipment operating data
• Analyze blueprints, job histories, and specifications to make recommendations relative to equipment operating adjustments and equipment design changes
• Conducts periodic inspections
• Manage department KPI’s
• Ensure correct use of safety equipment and that safety policies are followed

The Mold Shop Supervisor should have:

• Experience supervising and training employees and managing cross-functional teams
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Ability to support job changes and improvement initiatives
• Project management skills
• Strong mechanical background
