We’re hiring a Media Operations Specialist / Billing Liaison to support a leading full-service creative and media agency. This role sits at the heart of campaign delivery — ensuring flawless trafficking, accurate billing, airtight QA, and smooth operational coordination across Media, Strategy, Finance, and Creative teams.

Accountability
As the Media Operations Specialist / Billing Liaison, your success will be defined by operational accuracy, reliable campaign execution, and disciplined financial reconciliation. You will ensure campaigns launch correctly, run smoothly, and are reported transparently — while maintaining tight billing documentation.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
Campaign Setup, Trafficking & QA
- Traffic paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
- Perform full QA across creative assets, URLs, UTMs, tracking, naming conventions, bids, budgets, audiences, and placements.
- Maintain trafficking guides, internal specs, calendars, documentation, and platform requirements.
- Ensure all tagging and pixel requirements are met across GA, ad platforms, and analytics tools.
Campaign Operations & Reporting
- Monitor campaigns daily for performance anomalies or delivery issues.
- Flag issues proactively to media buyers and strategists.
- Gather screenshots, assist with wrap decks, and support reporting accuracy.
- Maintain internal trackers, performance logs, and workflow documentation.
Billing Liaison & Reconciliation
- Track pacing, spend accuracy, and discrepancies across campaigns.
- Support monthly billing reconciliation and collaborate with finance teams.
- Maintain clear documentation for billing audits.
- Ensure billing and operational processes run cleanly and consistently.
Process Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Improve trafficking workflows, operational checklists, QA processes, and documentation.
- Research platform updates and propose optimizations.
- Identify operational efficiencies and opportunities for testing new formats or workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with creative teams to confirm asset specs and delivery timing.
- Work with analytics and strategy teams to implement measurement plans.
- Collaborate closely with finance for billing and reconciliation tasks.
- Support training for interns or junior team members on trafficking/QA processes.

Skills & Qualifications

As a Media Operations Specialist, your vertical strength will be campaign trafficking and QA, while your horizontal strengths will include reporting, billing accuracy, communication, and operational rigor.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience: 1+ years in digital media operations, ad trafficking, or media billing.
- Platform Skills: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Technical Skills: Strong QA discipline; structured workflows; excellent Excel/Sheets proficiency.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal English; able to report issues and updates reliably.
- Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, organised, accountable, and comfortable with repetitive execution.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with programmatic platforms; GA4 or reporting tools; reconciliation workflows; creative spec knowledge.
Bonus skills
- Exposure to programmatic platforms or DSPs.
- Experience supporting billing reconciliation or spend pacing.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio, GA4, or similar reporting environments.
- Understanding of creative specs for paid social, video, and display.

Role Specifications
This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
