Job Overview

Purpose of the role 

The Assistant Vice President – Fiduciary Services (AVP) will support the directorship and board support teams within the Corporate Service Line. The primary responsibilities include maintaining the efficiency and quality of Fiduciary Team operations and service standards, while fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients. Additionally, the AVP will collaborate with the service line lead to develop and implement client service offerings within the investment funds and corporate sector.

Client Management:

  • Organizing board meetings, preparing agendas, compiling meeting packs and drafting meeting minutes.
  • Assisting with fiduciary responsibilities relating to director and trustee appointments, including reviewing resolutions, agreements, reports and financials, as well as keeping track of regulatory deadlines and updates.
  • Undertake business development and onboarding activities including providing quotations for potential client engagements, gathering KYC/CDD documentation, and setting up clients on Ocorian’s systems.
  • Providing direction to the corporate administration team in relation to fiduciary appointments.
  • Undertaking administrative tasks such as client billing, maintaining client records and updating databases.
  • Supporting the listing agent services offering as required.
  • Expanding the scope of services provided to existing clients and ensuring the smooth running of the services offering.
  • Performing any such other activities as may be reasonably required by the role.

Business Development and Financial Oversight:

  • Assist in identifying and developing opportunities for new business, and cross-selling of services to existing clients.
  • Help to monitor the financial performance of the client portfolio, accurately recording hours and issuing invoices
