Purpose of the Job:
Provide client administration services to a varied portfolio of clients based essentially in the UAE for which Ocorian provides services to / intends to service, under the supervision of the Manager and / or Unit Head in accordance with the UAE regulations and in strict adherence to the procedures and processes of Ocorian.
Main Responsibilities
- Attend to client queries on a daily basis and ensure that all emails are replied within 24 hours
- Prepare resolutions, minutes, board meetings and AGM
- Prepare agenda, board packs and action notes for board meeting
- Prepare documents for various corporate statutory changes with the various authorities in the UAE
- Prepare bank account opening documents
- Prepare transfer instructions and checklists and ensuring that risk screening is done on the concerned parties
- Liaising with bank regarding bank account opening and other related matters
- Prepare employment and dependent visa application
- Review KYC received from client to ensure that it is in line with Ocorian group standard
- Submission of financial statements to the UAE authorities
- Apply for lease and license renewal with the UAE authorities
- Prepare liquidation documents
- Arrange for filings as per the UAE legislations (ESR, AML, UBO, etc)
- Apply for DIFC will
- Submission of VAT returns and VAT refund with the UAE tax authorities
- Prepare loan and other agreements
- Apply for Tax Residence Certificate
- Assisting the Manager for the completion of various projects as may be required by the UAE team
- Other administration work
