Job Overview

Purpose of the Job

Manage Ocorian’s Jersey Incorporated Group entities and deliver quality service in accordance with Group compliance, governance, and risk policies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer Ocorian Group entities, ensuring high‑quality governance, compliance and risk management support.
  • Coordinate board and committee meetings — prepare notices and packs, attend meetings, and produce accurate minutes.
  • Maintain statutory records including minute books, workspaces and databases, ensuring information is consistently up to date.
  • Complete statutory filings in line with local company law and regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits with timely information and documentation.
  • Ensure adoption of Group policies by local boards.
  • Assist with legal entity simplification initiatives, board rationalisation, and other efficiency‑focused governance projects.
  • Cleanse and maintain in‑house governance repositories and platforms.
  • Collaborate with senior management locally and across the Group when required.
  • Support post‑merger and acquisition activities, including ad‑hoc governance projects.
  • Contribute to best‑practice sharing within the Governance community and promote process efficiencies.
