Job Overview

Purpose of the Job 

The Onboarding Trainee will be trained and responsible for assisting the client onboarding, Client KYC and other processes within Fund Administration. 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Work closely with the Onboarding Assistant Manager and Client AML/KYC Team to support the onboarding of new clients.  
  • Assist in monitoring onboarding progress and support daily onboarding‑related activities to ensure timely completion. 
  • Support the preparation and completion of Service Agreements, and handle client requests and queries in a professional and timely manner. 
  • Assist with bank account opening processes for onboarding clients, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders as required. 
  • Update and maintain the client database, ensuring accurate tracking of progress and documentation status. 
  • Assist in the preparation of Client KYC onboarding files as part of the Business Acceptance process in line with Ocorian policies and regulatory requirements. 
  • Support the preparation of minutes and documentation for New Business Acceptance Committee meetings. 
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new clients.
