Responsibilities
- Client leadership — Lead a diverse client portfolio with strong commercial focus, relationship management, and delivery against financial targets.
- Client engagement — Build long‑term client relationships through proactive meetings, professionalism, and trust, reducing churn.
- Escalation management — Serve as the senior escalation point for complex technical, service, and sales issues.
- Operational excellence — Coach team members to deliver a client‑centric service and maintain accurate, complete data.
- Risk and compliance — Ensure effective controls, regulatory compliance, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Fiduciary development — Develop capability to act as a director on client boards in line with statutory requirements.
- Project contribution — Participate in projects, generating innovative ideas and constructively challenging existing processes.
- Financial management — Drive profitability through strong financial discipline, including oversight of fee proposals, resourcing, time recording, invoicing, collections, and cost control.
- Profitability review — Regularly assess entity‑level profitability and support required remedial actions.
