Responsibilities

  • Client leadership — Lead a diverse client portfolio with strong commercial focus, relationship management, and delivery against financial targets.

  • Escalation management — Serve as the senior escalation point for complex technical, service, and sales issues.

  • Fiduciary development — Develop capability to act as a director on client boards in line with statutory requirements.
  • Project contribution — Participate in projects, generating innovative ideas and constructively challenging existing processes.
  • Financial management — Drive profitability through strong financial discipline, including oversight of fee proposals, resourcing, time recording, invoicing, collections, and cost control.
  • Profitability review — Regularly assess entity‑level profitability and support required remedial actions.
