Purpose of the Role
You will play a key role in helping alternative investment funds meet their regulatory obligations under the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD). Working across a diverse portfolio of fund structures, you will provide critical oversight, cash monitoring and asset verification services that protect investor interests and support fund compliance. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of investment activities, legal documentation and operational processes while working closely with clients, intermediaries and internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
- Review and assess fund governing documents to understand regulatory and operational requirements.
- Perform daily cash monitoring activities across client bank accounts, identifying and escalating exceptions where required.
- Verify and maintain records of both financial and non-financial assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Conduct oversight reviews of fund operations, controls, procedures and reporting to ensure compliance with governing documentation and investment guidelines.
- Review key fund transactions and documentation, including subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, investments, invoices and NAV calculations.
- Prepare quarterly and annual client reports, providing clear updates on ongoing activities and AIFMD compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fund service providers and other intermediaries, delivering a high standard of client service.
- Take ownership of assigned client portfolios while supporting wider team objectives and business priorities.
