THE POSITION

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – Leisure & Airlines to join our dynamic sales team. The role focuses on developing and managing relationships with Leisure and airline partners. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and a proven track record in leisure and airline sales with a broad network of tour operators, niche OTAs & airline partners.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary contact for leisure-focused partners including tour operators, niche OTAs, and tour series organizers.

  • Drive business development initiatives with airline partners, securing layover agreements, tenders, and strategic collaborations.

  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining competitive positioning and internal flexibility.

  • Develop tailored sales strategies to grow leisure segment revenue across Odyssey Hotel Group’s portfolio.

  • Conduct regular partner meetings, sales calls, and participation in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand shifts to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Collaborate with revenue management, operations, and marketing teams to ensure delivery of agreed service levels and partner satisfaction.

  • Track performance through Salesforce and other tools, report on KPIs regularly, and adjust tactics to consistently meet and exceed targets.
