YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and serve buffet and à la carte dishes for lunch and dinner
Support the breakfast and coffee break service as needed
Follow hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
Ensure smooth kitchen operations and great guest satisfaction
Collaborate smoothly with the kitchen and service team
Work in a structured way using set recipes and procedures.
