Transformation and collaboration

• Contribute to an agile, collaborative and supportive ONE COM culture marked by positive interaction and accountability among colleagues across the house, including through supporting the ONE COM communities of practice.
• Collaborate effectively with other COM divisions to ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution of projects.

Guidance and best practices

• Drive the COM Support function:
  • Ensure the ticketing system (Redmine) is used consistently and works efficiently.
  • Resolve queries appropriately and within the established timelines.
  • Participate in regular analysis of queries and client needs, to ensure COM Support remains effective and efficient.
  • Flag topics and issues that emerge from queries which may require adjustments to existing guidance or the development of new guidance.
• Support the ongoing development of corporate communications guidance.

• Participate in the design and delivery of communications training for ONE COM.
