Job Overview
- Identifies market trends, market potentials, and the competitive situations in industrial applications.
- Manages the clamp and ring product portfolio (i.e. new development and lifecycle management) for industrial applications.
- Defines the Marketing Strategy for industrial applications, regularly checks the achievement of sales targets, and drives the cross-functional team to take actions if any gaps exist.
- Cooperates with global team, and takes the lead for regional implementation ( e.g. roll-out and localization for new products).
- Captures applications and client needs from a technological and business perspective.
- Provides technical solution and related value proposition to support wining sales opportunities.
- Owns individual development projects from an idea to market launch.
- Proposes new product development for integration into a roadmap.
- Manages content for go-to-market, campaigns, and sales guidance (including technical matters).
- Conducts product and application trainings.
- Provides support to sales including assistance with sales activities and definition of sales targets.
- Other tasks assigned by management (e.g. global product ownership)
