Schengen & U.S. Visa Consultant

About the role

• We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Schengen & U.S. Visa Consultant to join our team in Istanbul.

• This remote position is ideal for a candidate who is fluent in Turkish and English, and strong understanding of visa procedures, legal requirements, and end-to-end case workflows, particularly in Schengen and U.S. visa processes.

• Working hours for this role are between 09:00 and 17:00 Türkiye time.

What you'll do

• Manage and oversee Schengen and U.S. visa application processes from start to finish,
• Handle form preparation and application processes,
• Conduct applicant consultations and manage client calls professionally,
• Ensure full compliance with current visa regulations and procedural updates,
• Create, optimize, and maintain structured workflow systems for visa cases,
• Monitor documentation accuracy and maintain high-quality submission standards,
• Stay up to date with evolving immigration and visa regulations,
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Schengen and U.S. visa processes,
• Strong knowledge of procedural and legal requirements in both jurisdictions,
• Experience preparing and handling documentation,
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken),
• Exceptional attention to detail,
• Strong organizational and workflow management skills,
• Ability to work independently and take initiative,
• Open to innovation and process improvement,
• Currently residing in Istanbul.
