About the role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development & Growth Intern to join our team for a full time, remote internship. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international legal services and help shape the growth of a U.S.-based law firm with strong presence in both the American and Turkish markets.
What you'll do
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and partnership opportunities
- Assisting in the planning and execution of outreach campaigns and growth strategies
- Supporting lead generation efforts and helping to monitor and analyze conversion performance
- Contributing to the development of scalable sales processes and updating CRM systems
- Participating in brainstorming sessions to identify new growth opportunities
- Helping enhance B2B and B2C engagement and expand our client base within both U.S. and Turkish legal markets
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Turkish and English (spoken and written) is required
- Ideal for 4th grade students or new grads in Business, Marketing, Law, or related fields
- Strong research and communication skills
- Interest in sales, business development, and/or legal services
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
