Oikonomakis Law, a well-established law firm with a demanding and high-profile clientele is seeking to expand its team in Albania with a qualified and experienced General Practice Lawyer to join its dynamic legal department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation across a wide range of legal matters.
• Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide effective legal solutions.
• Stay current with legislative developments and ensure compliance with Albanian laws and regulations.

Requirements

• LLB degree and a postgraduate qualification (LLM or equivalent) in law.
• At least 5 years of post-admission legal practice experience, preferably in general legal practice.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple areas of law.
• Excellent research, drafting, and litigation skills.
• Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
• Must be admitted to practice law in Albania and in good standing with the relevant legal authorities.
