Oikonomakis Law Firm is seeking a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist with expertise in HubSpot to enhance our marketing efforts and optimize our customer relationship management.
In this key role, you will be responsible for managing our HubSpot system, automating marketing processes, and improving client engagement through effective use of our CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring it aligns with our operational needs.
- Design and implement automated marketing workflows to enhance lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Analyze data and deliver insights on client interactions, campaign success, and lead generation effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted communications based on client behavior and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with HubSpot updates and features to leverage new capabilities for the firm.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in CRM and marketing automation, with a strong focus on HubSpot.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HubSpot certification(s) preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience in the legal sector is a plus but not mandatory.
- Highly organized with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
