About the role:
We’re looking for a Copywriter who lives and breathes words. Someone who knows that great copy isn’t just filler—it’s what makes brands connect, convert, and stand out. This role is all about crafting engaging, versatile content that works across every channel.
You’ll write for multiple clients from our 100+ brand portfolio, so expect variety: from punchy headlines and scroll-stopping social posts to SEO-rich web copy, brochures, email campaigns, product descriptions, and long-form articles. If you love flexing between tones of voice and care deeply about the craft of writing, this is your chance to make an impact.
What you will be doing:
- Create compelling copy across a wide range of formats:
- Headlines and taglines
- Social media posts and captions
- SEO-driven web content
- Brochures, leaflets, and print collateral
- Email campaigns and newsletters
- Product descriptions and e-commerce content
- Long-form articles and thought leadership pieces
- Adapt to different tones of voice for multiple brands and sectors.
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
- Use AI tools to enhance copywriting—building personas, generating variations, and experimenting with new approaches.
- Get trained on the latest AI tools through our industry-leading Pencil AI aggregator.
- Ensure all content is clear, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues
What you need to be great in this role:
- A writer who cares deeply about words and understands their power.
- Proven ability to write across multiple formats and platforms.
- Strong grasp of tone of voice and how to adapt it for different audiences.
- Experience with SEO principles and digital best practices.
- Comfortable juggling multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus points for experience using AI in copywriting.
