Associate Operations & Systems Analyst
Full-time AssociateJob Overview
We are looking for an Associate Operations & Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between our business processes and our technology stack. In this role, you will maintain, optimize, and connect the core tools our team relies on daily. This position is ideal for a highly logical, systems-oriented thinker who loves diagnosing how things work, tinkering with new tech, and building efficient workflows.
While this is an entry-level role, we are looking for a high-agency individual eager to learn quickly and take ownership of system health.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Support: Assist in managing, configuring, and optimizing core business systems (including CRM, BI, and automation platforms) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Documentation & Process Mapping: Partner with team members to maintain clear process flows, map data models, and assist in drafting Business Requirements Specifications (BRS).
AI-Assisted Development: Actively leverage modern AI tools (e.g ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) for "vibe coding"—building lightweight automations, writing simple scripts, and streamlining repetitive internal tasks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders to help resolve system issues, troubleshoot errors, and fulfill data requests.
Data Integrity: Run regular audits, maintain clean records, and build basic dashboards to ensure accurate reporting across all platforms.
Requirements
Experience: 0.5–2 years of experience in operations, systems administration, business analysis, or a related technical field (relevant internship experience is fully welcome).
Technical Aptitude: A foundational understanding of CRMs, automation tools (like Zapier or Make), or basic data analysis workflows.
AI Curiosity: A strong interest in the future of tech, with a habit of experimenting with AI-assisted development tools to solve practical problems.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a natural ability to break down complex processes into clear, logical, and structured steps.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members clearly.
High Agency: A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a remote environment and a hunger to proactively learn new software and frameworks.
