Job Overview

Job Responsibilities:
To be involved in the Post Sales support function in assigned area with strong emphasis on activities such as periodical maintenance, trouble shooting, installation and distributor resource development.

  • To support Distributors & customers in order to rectify issues and maintain customers’ confidence
  • To be involved in Post Sales Engineering Support i.e. installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
  • To attend product trainings to acquire the required skills/knowledge and competitive and advantage
  • To support in System Configuration and sourcing of items for potential projects
  • To control the distribution of release notes and new software versions to distributors
  • To support in Demonstration / Evaluation for full range of PCB Inspection System products either direct or together with distributor

 

Requirements

  • Required a Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
  • Chinese skill is required. The person can communicate with Chinese customer and make the report in Chinese.
  • Good in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing parts), Also the person can understand technical document in English. 
  • 0-1 year post-sales (engineering support) experience
  • Exposure in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Industry is required
  • Good command of computer skills
  • Travelling Requirements: Estimated 30% travelling is required
