We’re expanding our creative capabilities and seeking a talented Video Editor to join our Santo Domingo team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor who can produce high-quality video content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels. This role focuses primarily on creating short-form ad creatives, as well as supporting branding content, website videos, internal presentations, and company-related materials. The ideal candidate is fluent in modern video styles, familiar with high-performing ad formats, and comfortable using AI-powered video tools such as Google Veo. They should be able to iterate quickly, analyze content performance, and refine creatives to improve results.

Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form video ads for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Produce brand videos for the website, client testimonials, recruiting content, and internal/company meeting videos
  • Create motion graphics, overlays, and visual enhancements to improve storytelling and engagement
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams on scripts, storyboards, and visual concepts
  • Develop multiple versions of video ads and iterate based on performance data
  • Work with performance marketing teams to understand metrics such as hook rate, CTR, conversion rate, and retention
  • Analyze high-performing videos in the industry and apply insights to new creative concepts
  • Use AI-powered video tools such as Google Veo or similar
  • Assist in developing AI-driven workflows for speed and efficiency
  • Manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to feedback
  • Maintain well-organized project files, versions, and asset libraries
  • Communicate proactively with teammates to ensure smooth production and consistent quality

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • 1-3 years of professional video editing experience
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools
  • Experience developing content specifically for digital ads
  • Understanding of best practices for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Familiarity with metrics such as hook rate, CTR, and conversion rate
  • Experience using AI video creation tools such as Google Veo, Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs or similar
  • Strong digital portfolio showing ad creatives, short-form content, and storytelling ability
  • Ability to iterate quickly and incorporate feedback

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CapCut or other online editing tools
  • Experience working at an advertising agency or performance marketing company
  • Experience testing and optimizing ads based on data insights
  • Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and advanced motion graphics
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams and creative strategists
