Job Overview

The Opportunity

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll join OneClick Code as our Demand Generation & Revenue Manager, owning the full demand engine end-to-end—from top-of-funnel experimentation through pipeline creation, closed-won revenue, and net-new ARR.

This role is directly accountable for driving net-new ARR through scalable, data-driven demand-generation programs that support both self-serve (90%) and sales-led (10%) growth motions. You’ll translate content, SEO, partnerships, paid media, and lifecycle programs into measurable business outcomes, with clear ownership of pipeline and revenue impact.


Responsibilities

  • Own the full demand engine end-to-end, from top-of-funnel experimentation through pipeline creation, closed-won revenue, and net-new ARR.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs across content, SEO, partnerships, paid media, webinars, and lifecycle/email marketing.
  • Lead content-driven demand initiatives (blog, website, webinars, case studies, lead magnets, thought leadership), turning SEO, intent, and audience insights into scalable acquisition and conversion.
  • Build and scale SEO and AI-driven discovery strategies (traditional SEO, GEO/AEO, generative search) to capture high-intent demand across evolving buyer journeys.
  • Own influencer, partner, and co-marketing programs that drive awareness, credibility, and measurable pipeline impact.
  • Support and optimize paid media efforts (LinkedIn, Google Search, retargeting) through experimentation, performance analysis, and channel optimization.
  • Own demand generation metrics end-to-end, including CAC, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline coverage, and revenue attribution; build simple, trustworthy dashboards for leadership.
  • Make data-backed recommendations on budget allocation, channel mix, and investment tradeoffs, prioritizing what drives the most impact.
  • Operate with high ownership and urgency—ruthlessly prioritize, remove bottlenecks quickly, and build repeatable, scalable demand generation processes.
  • Other duties as assigned. 


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and/or digital marketing.
  • Experience supporting US-based companies. 
  • Experience managing contractors and working with self-service platforms, including overseeing execution, quality, and performance in scalable marketing programs.
  • Experience working with influencers, partners, B2B, and B2B2C communities.
  • Comfortable using social media platforms for strategy, content calendar planning, execution, and performance insights across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Exposure to paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and content-led growth.
  • Familiarity and eagerness to utilize AI-driven search trends and modern discovery channels, including generative search experiences, algorithm-led content distribution, and zero-click environments. 
  • Ability to adapt demand generation strategies to changing buyer discovery behaviors through AI-optimized content, intent-based targeting, and evolving attribution models.
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms (or strong willingness to learn).
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable owning multiple initiatives at once.


Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in technology SaaS, tech, agency or related with an understanding of user journey optimization and conversion tracking.
  • 2+ years, strongly preferred of HubSpot experience, specifically familiarity with the SEO tools inside Content Hub.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced analytics and visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with Conversionly. 
  • Familiarity with Google My Business. 


Compensation: Salary range for this role is $40,000-50,000 USD annually, based on experience.
