About One Impression
One Impression is the #1 marketplace connecting brands with authentic creators. We’re scaling our web presence on HubSpot CMS and need a hands-on HubSpot developer to ship high-quality pages fast—blogs, case studies, landing pages, and resource hubs—while keeping performance, SEO, and governance tight.

What You’ll Do

  • Build & ship on HubSpot CMS: Create and maintain themes, templates, custom modules (HUBL), and blog/case-study layouts.
  • Content publishing at scale: Implement blog posts, case studies, and long-form resources with reusable components, dynamic CTAs, and smart content.
  • Conversion-first pages: Spin up landing pages for campaigns with forms, CTAs, A/B tests, and analytics tagging.
  • Performance & SEO: Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, schema, redirects, sitemaps, and on-page structure.
  • Design implementation: Convert Figma to pixel-perfect HubSpot modules (responsive, accessible, cross-browser).
  • Data & dynamic content: Use HubDB and serverless functions for dynamic listings (e.g., resources, creators, industries).
  • Integrations: Hook up forms, workflows, Salesforce/HubSpot objects, and third-party tools (analytics, consent, chat, heatmaps).
  • Governance & QA: Set up staging, version control (GitHub + HubSpot CMS CLI), backup strategy, and a clean component library.
  • Documentation: Create playbooks for marketers to publish independently and safely.

Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years building on HubSpot CMS (Themes, HUBL, HubDB, CMS CLI).
  • Strong HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive layout chops.
  • Experience with SEO fundamentals, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility (WCAG).
  • Comfortable with forms, CTAs, workflows, and analytics tagging (GA4, HubSpot).
  • Ability to translate Figma into reusable, modular components.
  • Git/GitHub workflow; familiarity with HubSpot CMS CLI and local development.

Success Metrics

  • Launch 8–12 net-new pages (mix of landing pages, blogs, and case studies).
  • Improve average page LCP < 2.5s and CLS < 0.1 on key templates.
  • Reduce marketer time-to-publish by 50%+ via reusable modules & docs.
  • Ship an A/B-tested landing page with >20% improvement in CVR or CTR.

Nice to have

  • Serverless functions on HubSpot, schema markup expertise, multi-language setups.
  • Experience with content migration into HubSpot (blogs/resources).
  • Basic back-end exposure (Node) for lightweight integrations.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or marketplace websites.

Tools

  • HubSpot CMS (themes, Design Manager, CMS CLI, HubDB), GA4, GSC, GitHub, Figma, Tag Manager (or HubSpot tracking), Lighthouse/PageSpeed, Hotjar/Clarity (nice to have).
