Software Engineer Team Leader

Scope: Full Time, Employed

Model: Hybrid, 3 days onsite

Location: Tel Aviv

Responsibilities:

• Leads design of reliable, cost-effective, high-quality solutions and advises on high-risk issues.

• Evaluates new technologies for alignment with roadmap and business goals; creates plans for integration and update into architecture.

• Reviews designs and projects for guideline compliance; gives feedback to improve quality and reduce risk.

• Mentors others, promoting innovation and excellence in software design.

• Analyzes science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex application problems, system administration issues, or network concerns.
