Responsibilities:

We are looking for professionals in instructional development and learning design to support training programs for complex, software‑driven systems. These roles will require the ability to translate advanced technical processes into clear, practical learning experiences for users working in accuracy‑dependent environments

• Develop training materials for users operating complex, real‑time software systems

• Create clear, accurate technical documentation for system workflows and operational procedures

• Build digital/eLearning courses with simulations, scenarios, and hands‑on practice

• Deliver focused training sessions that help users navigate high‑precision, decision‑critical interfaces
