Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of reliable, high‑quality solutions that align with business needs.

• Guide teams through complex technical decisions and high‑risk challenges.

• Evaluate new technologies and aid in integrating said technologies across the organization.

• Review architecture and project designs, offering clear, actionable improvement suggestions.

• Mentor engineers and encourage creative, thoughtful problem‑solving.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and leadership to deliver impactful features.

• Drive the development of scalable, efficient systems and improve overall performance.

• Tackle complex technical issues across applications, infrastructure, and data workflows.

• Identify areas for improvement and champion continuous refinement of the engineering stack
