Responsibilities:

Content

• Design and build a framework for outcome‑driven documentation aligned with customer personas and real user journeys

• Create modular content models that support reuse across products and integrations

• Standardize integration documentation

• Implement measurement systems to assess the impact of said documentation to reduce support‑ticket deflection

• Track KPIs such as task completion rates and case‑to‑doc ratios.

• Maintain a feedback loop with Support, Customer Success, and Product teams to identify and address content gaps

AI

• Design AI‑assisted documentation workflows for drafting and quality checks

• Develop strategies to ensure accurate, context‑relevant AI responses

• Lead development of information architecture to improve AI retrieval precision

• Advise product teams on creating structured, AI‑ready content using standardized templates and tools

• Establish ongoing processes to measure and optimize content performance for AI agents
