Senior Product/UX Writer

Responsibilities:

• Own the content strategy and deliverables for your designated product focus

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to craft clear, concise microcopy that supports user flows

• Review user experiences and provide feedback to improve UI/UX design

• Write Help Center articles including how-to’s, tutorials, and best practices

• Create in‑product assistance such as walkthroughs, tooltips, and contextual help

• Track feedback channels to identify user needs, evaluate content performance, and shape priorities

• Stay current on industry trends and apply new approaches for a global audience

• Implement a Chameleon writing style - a proven ability to modify ones tone and voice to match the customer and use case

• Ability to manage and prioritize your tasks with input from outside stakeholders
