Key Responsibilities

• Design outcome-driven content frameworks and AI workflows

• Establish governance for AI-assisted content creation, retrieval, and usage

• Define clear processes, metrics, and ownership to ensure operational effectiveness

• Partner cross-functionally to drive alignment and adoption

• Standardize terminology and taxonomies to improve discoverability and AI retrieval accuracy

• Define and track KPIs to measure documentation impact and self-service effectiveness

• Continuously evaluate and optimize content performance for AI-enabled experiences
