Senior DevOps Team Leader (Cloud)

Scope: Full Time, Employed

Location: Tel Aviv

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Team Leader to own the strategy, architecture, and operations of our global SaaS and AI infrastructure. You’ll lead a hands‑on DevOps team, drive automation at scale, and work closely with engineering leadership to deliver secure, reliable, and high‑performing cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a DevOps team, fostering a high‑ownership, delivery‑focused culture

• Build and operate scalable cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP), including VPC design, routing, security controls, and cost efficiency

• Implement and maintain IaC and automation frameworks (Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm)

• Develop efficient CI/CD pipelines to improve release frequency and stability

• Establish strong observability—monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting—across all services

• Oversee incident response, root‑cause analysis, and reliability improvements

• Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Security teams to streamline delivery and ensure secure, compliant infrastructure
