We are seeking a Hands-on Cloud DevOps Manager to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure for a cutting-edge Cybersecurity SaaS platform. In this role, you will lead a team of DevOps engineers, define technical strategy, and drive cloud operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with a strong focus on security, reliability, operational excellence, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a DevOps team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

  • Manage complex cloud networking, including VPCs, VPNs, routing, load balancing, and security controls in multi-cloud environments.

  • Drive infrastructure automation and IaC adoption using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm.

  • Optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to improve delivery speed and reliability.

  • Own production operations, including monitoring, incident response, root cause analysis, and service stability.

  • Act as the escalation lead during critical incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal business impact.

  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery, backup, failover, and business continuity strategies, including regular testing and recovery planning.

  • Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives without compromising security, performance, or availability.

  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Security teams to align infrastructure strategy with business goals.

  • Drive capacity planning, scalability initiatives, and the adoption of emerging cloud technologies and best practices.
