Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage phone calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and directing calls as needed
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the clinic's calendar efficiently
  • Assist with patient check-ins, including form completion and updating electronic records
  • Ensure that the reception area and waiting room are clean and organized
  • Handle billing inquiries, payments, and insurance verifications
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure streamlined patient service
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling and managing calendars
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and healthcare software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
