Barista Required to Join Immediately

Ontime Healthcare is actively seeking a talented Barista who can join our team immediately. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about coffee and providing excellent customer service in a dynamic and friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks with skill and precision
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients and staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the coffee station and dining area
• Manage inventory of coffee products and supplies, placing orders as needed
• Keep abreast of coffee trends and techniques to enhance beverage quality
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure product quality
• Assist with food preparation and service when necessary

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a related customer service role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of coffee drinks and preparation techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable personality
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
