Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and initiate nursing care as per established protocols
- Administer treatments, medications, and conduct diagnostic tests as directed by physicians
- Monitor and document patients' conditions, reporting any changes promptly to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Participate in clinic activities, quality improvement initiatives, and training as required
Requirements
- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
- Filipino nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Previous clinical nursing experience is advantageous
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced clinical environment
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
