Ontime Group is urgently seeking a dedicated Caregiver for Homecare services specializing in childcare in Dubai (DXB). This role is essential in providing quality care and nurturing support to children in a home environment, ensuring their development, safety, and happiness.
Responsibilities
- Assist children with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and engaging in playtime
- Monitor children's behavior and development, reporting any concerns to parents or guardians
- Plan and participate in educational and recreational activities tailored to each child's developmental stage
- Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children by ensuring cleanliness and organizing toys and materials
- Administer prescribed medications and manage any specific health needs of the children
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any observations
- Encourage positive behaviors and social interactions among children
- Follow all health and safety protocols while caring for children
Requirements
- Experience as a caregiver or in childcare, preferably in a homecare setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in childcare
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a nurturing and supportive environment for children
- Patience, creativity, and flexibility in dealing with children
- Ability to multitask and manage the needs of multiple children
