You will play a critical role in improving account performance, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with creative teams to continuously optimize results.
What you will do:
- Build, launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns
- Manage campaign structure, budgets, pacing, and scaling decisions
- Develop and execute testing strategies across creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across key performance indicators
- Identify winning and underperforming creatives based on performance data
- Collaborate with creative teams to generate new testing ideas and improve campaign performance
- Maintain organized account structures and naming conventions
- Provide weekly reporting, insights, and actionable recommendations
- Stay current with Meta platform updates, advertising best practices, and evolving performance frameworks
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
- Proven experience managing paid social campaigns for eCommerce brands
- Experience working in high-performance, data-driven marketing environments
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets
- Excellent attention to detail and campaign organization
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to make optimization decisions based on performance data
Must have:
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of:
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion API (CAPI)
- Attribution models
- Audience segmentation
- Experience managing $70,000+ monthly ad spend
- Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics, including:
- ROAS
- CPA
- MER
- bCAC
- Contribution Margin
- AOV
- CTR
- CPC
- CPM
- CVR
- Experience scaling eCommerce brands through Meta advertising
- Experience running creative testing programs
- Ability to translate performance data into optimization strategies
