Operations Assistant

Optimal, on behalf of its client, a well-established premium clothing brands company, is seeking an Operations Assistant, based in Athens.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operational tasks
- Support inventory management and stock control procedures
- Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update operational records, reports, and databases
- Communicate with stores and internal teams to resolve operational issues
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations Department
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in an operational or administrative role, ideally within retail or fashion, is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
