Job Overview

Optimiza is excited to welcome an Oracle Cloud Consultant (Technical) to our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java SE, Java EE, and Spring Boot frameworks.
Build and integrate RESTful and SOAP Web Services to support business processes and system integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure best practices in coding, performance optimization, and application security.
Write unit tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain proper documentation for all development activities.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Stay updated with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
1–2 years of hands-on experience in Java SE, Java EE, and Spring Boot.
Strong experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and SOAP Web Services.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and Microservices Architecture.
Proficiency in working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Relevant Java certifications (e.g., OCP, Spring Certified Professional) are an added advantage.
Familiarity with Oracle SOA Suite and its components.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
