Optimiza is looking for a talented Project Manager to become part of our expanding team. This position involves overseeing digital projects from their initial concept to final execution, guaranteeing they are delivered on schedule, within the established scope, and upholding the highest quality standards. Your knowledge in digital marketing, web development, and project management will be crucial for ensuring project success and providing outstanding digital solutions for our clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.
- Supervise the implementation of digital projects, coordinating efforts with cross-functional teams such as designers, developers, and marketers.
- Track project progress, assess risks, and apply mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Oversee BSS/Integration/API/BPM workstreams
- Conduct regular project meetings and status updates, keeping all stakeholders informed about progress and changes.
- Leverage project management tools to monitor project performance and deliverables, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project's duration.
- Assess project results and collect feedback to enhance project management processes continuously.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Over 10 years of experience in managing digital projects, ideally within a digital marketing or technology setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing concepts, web development methodologies, and project management techniques.
- Skilled in using project management software (such as JIRA, Asana, Trello) and digital analytics platforms (like Google Analytics).
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Capable of handling multiple projects at once while ensuring detail orientation and high standards of quality.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and flexibility to adjust to evolving situations.
- Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
