Commodity Quantitative Researcher
Job Overview
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Explore, ingest, process and analyze diverse and alternative data sources
- Collaborate directly with traders and analysts on signal ideas, commodity research, and market intuition. Work with traders and analysts to develop, backtest and productionize trading signals
- Build and maintain data pipelines and analytics dashboards for various data sources
- Leverage AI technology, work with developers to improve the team's research pipelines and tools
WHO YOU ARE:
- Degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or Finance)
- Strong team player and communication skills
- 0-3 years of experience in quantitative research, data science, or a related field
- Strong Python proficiency
- Passion in AI and proved track record of leveraging AI to improve work quality
- Demonstrated ability to learn new domains quickly
- Familiar with operating systems
