OrangeTwist is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message and support marketing objectives. This role requires strong design skills, a solid understanding of design principles, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Remote (location California or Texas)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 month contract with extension
Compensation: $30+/hourly (base on experience)
What You Will Do:
- Develop and produce engaging visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, email, brochures, banners, presentations, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
- Create and refine brand assets, ensuring consistency across all materials and platforms.
- Convert ideas into well-designed layouts, infographics, and illustrations.
- Prepare final design files for production, ensuring accuracy of color, format, and layout.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance creative output.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with other design tools is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent visual, typographic, and layout skills.
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Experience working within agile or collaborative team environments.
