Your day-to-day

As a key member of the talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for stakeholder management, sourcing top talent, tracking recruitment data, driving process improvements, and taking pride in successfully closing roles.

Your activities include:

Active Sourcing & Talent Attraction:

  • Use a variety of sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and job boards) to identify and engage top talent.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for both current and future positions.

  • Proactively reach out to passive candidates and build relationships with high-potential talent.

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring an efficient and seamless experience for all stakeholders.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job descriptions, and define an ideal candidate profile.

  • Lead interviews and champion Orbem’s culture.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding by collaborating with our People Success Team and other departments.

Data-Driven Recruitment:

  • Track and analyze recruitment data (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) to optimize processes and ensure recruitment goals are met.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.

  • Implement best practices to streamline the recruiting lifecycle and reduce time-to-fill.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and leverage new tools, technologies, and strategies to improve efficiency.

Stakeholder Experience:

  • Ensure every candidate has a positive experience, regardless of the outcome of their application.

  • Represent the company culture and values through every step of the recruiting process.
