Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter on a 3-month contract to support our talent acquisition efforts. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to help us meet our hiring goals during this period.
Key Responsibilities:
· Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels.
· Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate interviews.
· Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
· Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
· Provide timely updates to the HR Generalist on recruitment progress.
Qualifications:
· Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
· Proven experience in recruiting.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
