Job Overview

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking to hire an individual to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions within the organization. The responsibilities include creating job descriptions, posting them on relevant platforms, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating with the HR Manager, Office Managers, and CEO throughout the hiring process.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Job Creation and Posting: 

Collaborating with the HR Manager, the CEO, and the Office managers to understand the needs of a role, then writing compelling job descriptions and posting them on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.  

  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: 

Actively searching for qualified candidates through various channels like Workable, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and internal referrals, as well as reviewing resumes and applications to identify potential matches.  

  • Interviewing and Assessment: 

Conduct initial interviews, phone screens, and potentially in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for their role.  

  • Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: 

Working with HR managers, the Office Manager, CEO, to make offers to candidates, negotiate terms, and assisting with the onboarding process.  

  • Relationship Building: 

Building relationships with both candidates and the HR manager and the Office manager, to foster a positive experience and ensure the long-term success of the hiring process.  

  • Data Management: 

Maintaining accurate and organized records of candidates in applicant tracking systems and other relevant databases.  

  • Staying Updated: 

Keeping up to date with the latest recruiting trends and best practices to ensure effective and efficient recruitment strategies.  

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a level of C1 Advanced. Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain detailed records.  
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, network, and collaborate with diverse individuals.  
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to the recruitment process.  
  • Data analytics: Ability to Discovery, interpretation, and communication of meaningful patterns in data. 
  • Microsoft Suite: Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
