ABA Agency Seeks Detail Oriented Data Reviewer

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking an organized and detail-oriented ABA Data Entry and Reviewer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data collected during Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) sessions to meet insurance requirements. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review behavioral data collected from ABA sessions in our data management systems.for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Collaborate with therapists and clinical staff to ensure proper and complete records are documented
• Find and eliminate any inconsistencies or other issues that will impact the insurance claim approvals
• Comply with confidentiality standards and HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably within an ABA setting.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and data collection methods is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Central Reach CRM management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. at least at a level of C1 Advanced
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
