Ecommerce (Amazon) Product Lister Assistant

Job Overview

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Listing Agent to join our e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing product listings on Amazon to improve visibility and drive sales. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that all listings are accurate, compelling, and compliant with Amazon's policies and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality product listings on Amazon, including product titles, graphics descriptions, bullet points, and keywords then linking it to Sellercloud.
  • Using software tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, to conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and incorporate them effectively into product listings.
  • Collaborate with teams via Monday.com task management software to gather necessary product details, including images, pricing, and specifications required for listings.

Requirements

  • Experience in Canva and other graphics software to edit product images and videos.
  • Experience using of Monday.com task management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a level of B2 Advanced.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft office 365 package including Excel and, Teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills.
