Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Representative to join the Payroll & Benefits team. This position plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the department and ensuring the success of fundraising initiatives and donor management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data from spreadsheets into various internal databases and systems
- Review automated data entries to confirm completeness and accuracy
- Maintain data integrity, precision, and timely updates across all platforms
- Provide support to team members on ad hoc projects and assignments
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members
- Ensure all communications are prompt, clear, and consistent with the organization’s mission and values
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish. at least at a level of C1 Advanced
- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple database systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and anticipates team needs
